1). Registrant, Billing, Admin or Technical contacts at LK Domain Registry, email id's of the account holders are eligible to apply for the competition.
2). Kindly follow the screens shorts to follow the application process.
3). To apply for .lk domain owners of the websites kindly select the domain name from the system which will appear on the following screen.
4). Select the domain name and submit each domain separately for the competition.
4.1 You may apply for Special Category of "Citizen Services" if your website provide such services.
5). After submitting the application to the bestweb.lk 2022 competition, kindly do the following to accept the application by LK Domain Registry.
5.1. Domain Registrant, Admin, Technical, or Billing Contact of the domain can submit the online application via domains. lk.
5.2. If the Admin, Technical, or Billing is different from the Registrant of the domain, the owner’s (Registrant) consent is mandatory either by confirming the link sent to the Registrant at the time of submitting the application or sending a written consent to bestweb@domains.lk
5.3. Please obtain written consent from the domain owner, (Signature on the email, complete the attestation, and fix the owner company authorized seal on the email).
5.4 Authorized email with signature to be scanned and saved by your domain name PDF / JPGE format and emailed to bestweb@domains.lk or upload to the bestweb.lk application submission system by way of logging into your account.
5.5 In case you find it difficult to upload to the system, kindly submit via email to bestweb@domains.lk. Please save all your documents by your domain name before submission.
5.6. Please indicate your domain name on the subject bar of your email when communicating with all matters related to the competition.
