The Annual Reseller Convention of the LK Domain Registry for 2023 and 2024 unfolded as a remarkable event on February 21, 2025, at the Galle Face Hotel. The convention successfully fulfilled its purpose by celebrating achievements, discussing new developments, and recognizing excellence within the reseller network.
A key highlight of this year’s convention was the introduction of the Elite Club Recognition and Award Presentation, an exclusive initiative by the registry. Additionally, two new award categories were introduced under the reseller segment:
- Emerging Reseller Award
- Customer Retention Excellence Award
These awards honored outstanding resellers for their exceptional contributions to the industry.
The evening began with the national anthem and the ceremonial lighting of the oil lamp, followed by an insightful presentation on new developments. The event also featured a Technical Session and a special Top-Web Presentation, offering valuable insights into industry trends and innovations.
The award ceremony was a moment of pride, recognizing resellers who excelled in customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. Additionally, all invited members received an Appreciation Certificate in recognition of their dedication and commitment.
