BestWeb.lk is Sri Lanka’s premier web competition, organized annually by the
LK Domain Registry since 2009. Now in its 15th edition, the
competition continues to recognize and reward excellence in web design and
development, encouraging high standards, innovation, and inclusivity across the
digital landscape.
Websites are judged by an independent panel of experts based on design,
content, user experience, and technical performance. Awards are presented
across 24 categories, covering a wide spectrum of market
segments—from large corporates to micro-level enterprises and individual
creators.
A key update this year is the refined recognition structure: only
Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards are presented at BestWeb.lk, while certificate-level
recognitions are now awarded through the TopWeb.lk monthly
awards, which feed into the BestWeb.lk annual evaluation.
Through this initiative, BestWeb.lk continues to promote best practices in web development and support the growth of a digitally empowered Sri Lanka

The BestWeb.lk 2025 Awards Ceremony took place on 27th August at the Grand Ballroom, Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenepura, in the presence of distinguished guests, industry leaders, and digital innovators. The event marked the culmination of a rigorous evaluation process, with the announcement of the following top winners:

Recognized for its strong and dynamic online presence, effectively reflecting the discipline, pride, and service of the Sri Lanka Air Force.
