In accordance with the ISO 27001 ISMS implementation, the LK Domain Registry hosted an awareness session for the staff on November 26, 2024, at Best Western Hotel, Colombo.
The session was conducted by the LK Domain Registry Information Security Team, together with Mr. Buddhika De Alwis (Managing Director - TrustVault), a renowned cybersecurity expert from the industry.
The main objective of this program was to provide an understanding of the ISO 27001 implementation within the organization. The session also covered information security best practices, including Internet and email security, password management, physical security, and device security.
Attendees described the session as not only informative but also enlightening, sparking new ideas and insights.
The session concluded with a lively Q&A, where attendees eagerly engaged with the speakers, seeking practical tips and clarifications on the topics discussed.
