LK Domain IT Security Team Conducts Engaging Cybersecurity Workshop
"Recognizing Threats and Protecting Information," the Information Security Awareness session and workshop conducted by LK Domain Registry for its staff members, took place on Monday, 24th December 2025. The session included hands-on exercises and activities to simulate security scenarios, which kept participants actively involved throughout.
The workshop featured practical discussions and Q&A sessions centered on real-world security incidents, emphasizing how both teams and individuals should respond effectively. These activities strengthened our overall security posture while also encouraging safer internet practices within the organization.
Participants earned points based on their performance in the activities, and top performers received special gifts—adding a fun, motivating element to the learning experience.
The workshop was conducted across two sessions by Prof. Gihan Dias, Mr. Sampath Hennayake, Mr. Harsha Saparamdu, and Mr. Tharindu Sachinthana, making it a memorable and educational experience for all attendees.
